Tom Squier helped us find/buy our dream home...and Tom Squier helped us sell our existing home at a desired dollar amount. From the beginning, Tom even trudged through undeveloped woodlands to help us seek out land to build, knowing that his commission would not be near what it would be for selling us a pre-existing home, but that did not deter Tom from putting on boots and battling mosquitos to walk land with my wife and me. There are many, many types and styles of real estate professionals, but I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to ANYONE I know that is looking to buy/sell. If there was a 6th star, I would check that.
