Tom is and was fantastic. I had searched through many realtors and chose Tom because I knew him to be a good man and someone I could trust and boy was. I proved right. Sold my house the first day and made what could've been a very painful situation absolutely painless. It was easy and efficient And excellent working with Tom. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. I just can't say enough good things about him. Everything happened so speedily. I'm now in my new place. Having to sell your family home after the death of your last surviving parent is always going to be difficult and traumatic no matter what, but Jessica and Tom were very friendly and understanding throughout the entire process. Tom even went the extra mile to help me empty the house to be able to get the house listed quickly. The house was priced correctly out of the box, as evidenced by the fact the offer that was ultimately accepted was received after just the second day of showings and was for over asking. I was kept aware of what was needed from me through every step of the process, even though it got a bit complicated with multiple powers of attorney required and the need to have multiple documents notarized by family members, made much more convenient by the fact they all had Shorewest offices nearby. In the end, the closing happened on time and I couldn't have asked for better agents or a better result. I would happily recommend Jessica and Tom to anyone that asked; they clearly went above and beyond and truly care about their clients.

What really stood out was how far he was willing to go to help us. When our garage needed painting for approval, he didn't just recommend someone he actually showed up and helped us paint it himself.
